Delivery and installation

For purchases over CZK 3,000 without VAT (CZK 3,630 including VAT), shipping is completely free anywhere in the Czech Republic. The cost of shipping for orders with a value of less than CZK 3,000 excluding VAT is divided into three bands:

  • The capital Prague – CZK 180 without VAT (CZK 218 incl. VAT)
  • Territory of the Czech region – CZK 250 without VAT (CZK 303 incl. VAT)
  • Territory of the Moravian Region – CZK 300 without VAT (CZK 363 incl. VAT)

The right to free shipping expires if any discount has been granted from the valid MO price even though the total value of the purchase is higher than CZK 3,000 excluding VAT.

Yes, we offer complete assembly, delivery of goods and installation of furniture on site. Our experienced installers will assemble and position your furniture exactly according to your requirements. The price of assembly depends on the specification of the order.
We ship goods in stock within 72 hours. For goods made to order, the delivery time depends on the type of goods. Details are given in the product detail.

Payment and order

Payment for the goods can be made by bank transfer with a maturity of 14 days (it is also possible to agree otherwise), cash on delivery, online payment card, cash or payment card upon receipt of goods at the point of sale, and cash or payment card upon receipt of goods from our drivers or from the contracted carrier.

Yes, but under certain conditions. For orders via the e-shop, it is not possible to choose payment by invoice in the case of an unregistered customer. If you intend to make repeated purchases in our store and have your own ID number, it is therefore more advantageous for you to register. For the second and every subsequent order, you can choose to pay by bank transfer after the goods have been delivered. For natural persons without ID, payment on invoice is only possible for permanent and reliable customers by mutual agreement.

Complaints and warranty

The standard warranty for metal furniture is 24 months. We provide an extended warranty of up to 10 years on selected products. You can find the exact warranty for the given item in the product details.
If you discover damage to the shipment or product upon receipt, we recommend documenting the damage immediately and contacting us as soon as possible. Ideally, send us photos of the damage, including the packaging and order number. We will then resolve the complaint in the shortest possible time and propose a suitable solution - exchange of goods, repair or another procedure.

Please send any claim or complaint using the complaint form on our website. For registered customers, a complaint form is available directly in the user account. We deal with legitimate complaints without unnecessary delays, but within 30 days at the latest according to the valid complaints procedure.

Yes, goods can be returned in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. If you are a natural person and you order the goods through the e-shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. If you have any questions about returns or returns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to advise you on how to proceed.
