Aluminum profiles and connectors of the Enprag aluminum profile system are used to build workstations, racks, carts, machine guards and fencing. The range includes T-slot aluminum profiles with 8 and 10 mm slots in sizes from 30 × 30 to 45 × 90 mm, cut to size up to 6 m, plus angle brackets, nuts and screws with M5–M8 threads, leveling screws with ±50 mm adjustment and accessories. The profiles are compatible with item and Bosch Rexroth systems.

Structural T-slot aluminum profiles with 8 and 10 mm slots and connecting elements
Aluminum profiles are the core of the Enprag aluminum profile system: load-bearing T-slot profiles in sizes from 30 × 30 mm to 45 × 90 mm, cut to size up to 6 m long, together with angle brackets, nuts, screws, feet and caps. The KA-4040 profile weighs 1.2 kg/m, and the fasteners have M5–M8 threads. The profiles are compatible with item, Bosch Rexroth, Haberkorn and Alutec systems, so you can also extend existing structures.
Aluminum extrusions 30 × 30 to 45 × 90 mm: which size and slot to choose?
In the aluminium profiles category you will find the KA series in 30 × 30, 30 × 60, 40 × 40 and 40 × 80 mm with a maximum length of 4 m, including the heavy versions KA-4040H and KA-4080H; the aluminum profile 40 x 40 KA-4040 has an 8 mm slot. The MI series is supplied in lengths up to 6 m: MI30x30 B8 with an 8 mm slot and the B10 profiles 40 × 40, 45 × 45 and 45 × 90 mm for a 10 mm slot, for example the aluminum profile 45 x 45 MI45x45L B10. For light frames, thin-walled profiles 40 × 20 × 2 mm and 50 × 30 × 2 mm are available.
T-slot aluminum profiles: which connectors and fasteners to use?
Corners and joints are connected with joints for aluminum profiles – 90° angle brackets from 35 × 28 mm (KBA-30) up to 78 × 36 mm with a 6.5 mm wall (KBA-4080), the 45° angle KBA-30-45, the metal coupling MCB-30 (21 g) or the perpendicular coupling KCH1-30. The fasteners include spring nuts KEE-30 and KEE-40 (M6 and M8), T-slot nuts M5–M8 weighing 3 g and T-head screws 20 mm long. The K-1209E-M8 leveling screw compensates for uneven floors within ±50 mm.
When to choose aluminum profiles instead of a pipe system?
Aluminum profiles are the choice for applications with higher loads and more demanding operation, the pipe modular system wherever versatility and easy reconfiguration are needed; both systems can be combined in one assembly. The profiles are used to build machine guards and fencing with lockable doors – infill panels are held by the KGK-8 and KGL glass insertion bars, 2 m long, and the doors are completed with KGA handles 90–180 mm long. KJ roller track holders for 40 mm profiles are designed for roller tracks.
