Packing and completion line with conveyor
Code: 25080450
The modular packing and completion line is designed to ensure a smooth material flow from preparation through to dispatch. The workstation combines ergonomic workbenches, material supply racks and a roller conveyor that enables efficient transfer of finished products between individual operations.
Thanks to its modular design, the line can be easily adapted to the specific process, product type and available production space. The solution helps reduce handling times, improve workplace organization and increase the productivity of packing operations.
Assembly and completion line with roller conveyor
Code: 22042203
The assembly and completion line with roller conveyor is a modular solution designed for efficient production and smooth material flow between individual operations. The combination of workstations and a conveyor enables a logical process layout, reduces downtime and speeds up the handling of components.
Each workstation is designed with a focus on clear organization and ergonomics. Material is available directly at the point of use, minimizing unnecessary operator movements and increasing overall productivity.
The line is built using a modular pipe system, making it easy to adapt to specific production requirements, modify the layout or add further workstations.
A suitable solution for assembly and completion processes where efficiency, clear organization and flexibility are essential.
U-shaped assembly and completion line
Code: 26012001
The U-shaped assembly and completion line is designed for efficient workplace organization and a smooth assembly process. The U-shaped layout allows the operator to work within a compact area, keep all components within easy reach and minimize unnecessary movement.
The line combines workbenches, multi-level shelving and storage surfaces to ensure a clear and organized supply of materials directly at the assembly station. This helps speed up the process, reduce errors and make better use of the available workspace.
The structure is based on a modular pipe system, allowing easy adaptation to specific production requirements as well as future expansion.
An ideal solution for assembly and completion workstations where ergonomics, organization and efficiency are key.
Assembly line with retractable ball transfer system and locking mechanism
Code: 26031230
The assembly line with a retractable ball transfer system and locking mechanism is a modular solution designed for smooth material flow and ergonomic operator work. The workpiece is moved to the workstation on ball transfer units. A simple locking mechanism allows the balls to be lowered below the level of the work surface. The product then rests securely on the worktop and is ready for production or assembly operations.
Once the operations are completed, the balls are raised above the work surface again, allowing the product to be easily moved to the next workstation without lifting or demanding manual handling. The solution supports a smooth production flow, improves workplace ergonomics and reduces physical strain on the operator.
The line is built using a modular aluminium profile system, allowing its configuration to be adapted to specific production requirements and changing operational needs.
The solution is suitable for production and assembly processes where smooth production flow, workplace ergonomics and flexibility are important.
Linear assembly line with conveyor (One Piece Flow)
Code: 25070201
The modular linear assembly line with conveyor is designed to ensure a smooth material flow between individual operations. The workstations are arranged in sequence, enabling an efficient progression of production steps and minimizing unnecessary handling.
The line combines ergonomic workstations, clearly organized component supply racks and an integrated conveyor for smooth product transfer. Thanks to its modular design, the solution can be easily adapted to the specific process, type of production and available space.
It helps reduce production times, improve workplace organization and support lean manufacturing principles such as One Piece Flow and material flow optimization.
Completion and production lines built around your process
Enprag assembly lines connect successive assembly and completion stations so that work in progress moves on without unnecessary handling and operators have materials and tools within reach. The stations consist of workbenches with a load capacity of typically up to 500 kg, height-adjustable bases with an adjustment range of up to 650 mm, shelves, material bins and conveyors. The lines are part of our range of modular constructions and applications.
How to choose an assembly line layout?
The layout depends on the sequence of operations, the available space and the way the product is transferred. The U-shaped assembly and completion line shortens the operator’s walking distances between stations equipped with workbenches, multi-level shelving and storage surfaces. A linear assembly line with conveyor works on the One Piece Flow principle, where exactly one piece at a time moves between stations. The individual stations are based on standard assembly tables.
Continuous material flow between assembly workstations
Continuous material flow between workstations is most often achieved with gravity or powered conveyors. The assembly and completion line with roller conveyor 22042203 moves the product from station to station and can be extended. Where the product must sit firmly on the work surface during assembly, a retractable ball transfer system with locking mechanism is used. Components can be supplied from flow racks with roller tracks at a standard slope of 3°.
Modular tube system or aluminium profiles?
Choose the modular tube system where the line is frequently reconfigured, and aluminium profiles from 30×30 to 45×90 mm with an 8 or 10 mm slot for higher loads and more demanding operation. Both systems can be combined in one line, and because the 3D models are archived, you can rebuild the line when production changes while reusing the original components.

Frequently asked questions
How do you choose an assembly line layout?
Enprag chooses the layout according to the sequence of operations, the space and the way the product is transferred – typically U-shaped or linear with a conveyor in One Piece Flow mode. Stations are designed to the dimensions of your plant, with bases adjustable by up to 650 mm.
Can I get a 3D design of an assembly line before ordering?
Yes, Enprag prepares the design and 3D visualisation free of charge and sends them for approval before the quotation. One photo or sketch with dimensions and the required load capacity is enough for a first design.
Can an assembly line start with one pilot workstation and be extended later?
Yes, Enprag recommends starting with 1 pilot workstation and gradually adding further stations once the line has been tested. The modular system lets you add or rebuild workstations while reusing the original components.
How do you ensure smooth product transfer between assembly line stations?
Enprag moves the product with gravity or powered conveyors, a roller conveyor or a retractable ball transfer system with locking mechanism. Components reach the stations from flow racks with tracks at a 3° slope.
How quickly does Enprag deliver an assembly line?
Enprag usually delivers complete assemblies within 2–4 weeks of order using its own transport. It can also be supplied as cut material with assembly instructions, and assembly training is free.
