Enprag assembly tables are work tables for assembly, inspection, packing and workshop tasks, built from the modular tube system, from aluminum profiles or as a welded steel structure. Fixed-height tables have the worktop at 850 mm, height-adjustable models typically cover 650–1350 mm, and the load capacity ranges from 50 kg for the widest aluminum table (2500 mm) to 550 kg for the assembly workplace 24080530.
Custom workbenches: tube system, aluminum profiles or welded structure?
Custom workbenches from the tube system are the right choice where you need versatility and easy reconfiguration – a typical workbench has a 1200 mm worktop and a load capacity of 100 kg. KA-4040 aluminum profiles are designed for heavier loads and more demanding operation: the table 24061930, 1200 mm wide, carries 500 kg. Where a modular system is not strong enough, Enprag builds a welded structure, such as the table 23080101 with a 10 mm steel worktop.
Height-adjustable work tables for sitting and standing work
Work tables with adjustable height adapt to the operator and to the type of work. Manually height-adjustable tables of the Enprag SP series adjust within 650–950 mm, with a load capacity of 300 kg and widths of 1200–1800 mm. Electrically height-adjustable tables with a 40 mm beech worktop travel within 700–1350 mm and can be completed with containers with 1–3 drawers, a perforated panel and LED lighting.
Which assembly workstation for ESD and packing?
Assembly workstations for electronics are built as ESD workbenches with 19 mm ESD laminate, a load capacity of up to 300 kg and electric adjustment from 683 to 1333 mm; every ESD structure is supplied with a certified measurement report. For dispatch, assembly and packaging workstations with a cutter, shelves and a load capacity of 100–350 kg are available.
