Conveyor system

The conveyor system with recessed roller tracks (also known as roller conveyors) is ideal for the smooth transport of KLT boxes, packages, and other individual products. Thanks to its modular tubular design, the system can be easily adapted and customized to meet specific operational requirements.

  • Roller tracks PL-401F, width 40 mm
  • Stainless steel / coated tubes LOGIFORM ST-1070 / LP-1100 – Ø 28 mm, wall thickness 0.7 mm / 1 mm
  • Set of metal connectors HJ, galvanized
  • Adjustable leveling screw AD-3010MSM – base Ø 33 mm, adjustable height ±50 mm

 

Load capacity depending on length:

  • 1000 mm - 100 kg
  • 2000 mm - 200 kg
  • 3000 mm - 300 kg
  • 4000 mm - 400 kg

 

Customized application, all dimensions can be adjusted according to customer needs. The tubes are available in several colors and in ESD or stainless steel versions.
