Volumes range from 5.3 to 88 l; KLT crates carry 20 kg, 400–600 kg when stacked, and withstand temperatures from −20 to 100 °C. Crates and storage boxes are used to store, move and neatly present parts in the warehouse and at the workstation. Enprag supplies polypropylene crates with a volume of 5.3–88 l and footprints of up to 800×600 mm; KLT crates carry 20 kg, 400–600 kg when stacked, and withstand temperatures from −20 to 100 °C. They are part of the accessories range for modular systems.
KLT crates with a full bottom or with drain holes?
KLT containers are the standard for line supply and flow racks. The R-KLT series with a full bottom in RAL 5003 blue comes in sizes from 300×200×147 to 600×400×280 mm, for example the R-KLT crate with full bottom 400 x 300 x 147 mm. The RL-KLT series with drain holes in RAL 5005 ranges from 400×300×147 up to 800×600×219 mm. Lids in the 300×200, 400×300 and 600×400 mm formats fit both series.
Stackable storage boxes and small parts bins for the workstation
Euro crates range from 7.6 l (965670, resistant to cold, acids and alkalis) to 88 l – the Euro crate with deposit window 965765 is designed for small parts. At the workstation, small parts are kept in Ergobox bins that hang on rails: from Ergobox 1 measuring 116×112×75 mm through the plastic container Ergobox 2 (116×161×75 mm) to Ergobox 5 with a depth of 500 mm; Ergobox 2 Plus has a transparent lid and is stackable. Tools next to the bins can be kept within reach with tool holders.
