Cube system – perforated square tubes 40×40 mm and connectors
The Cube system consists of perforated square steel tubes 40×40 mm with a 2 mm wall and a length of 4 m, together with corner couplings, adapters, corner brackets for wheels and fixing feet. Thanks to the regular perforation and bolted joints, frames and mobile structures are built from it without welding and can later be dismantled and rebuilt. The system is compatible with the pipe modular system and is designed for production and warehouse operations.

The Cube system is a construction system of perforated square steel tubes 40×40 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm and a length of 4000 mm, connected by bolts using corner couplings, adapters and feet. The regular perforation shortens assembly, and as there is no welding, the structure can be dismantled and rebuilt at any time. The system is compatible with the pipe modular system and belongs to the modular systems – components category.
What does the Cube system consist of?
The load-bearing element is the perforated square tube WJ-SQ4040-000 in a blue, galvanised or untreated finish. Frames are joined with corner couplings such as WJ-SQ4040-004 or WJ-SQ4040-009; the connecting corner adapter WJ-SQ4040-001 and adapter WJ-SQ4040-010 link the frame to the pipe system. Mobile structures use the corner bracket for wheels WJ-SQ4040-003, while anchoring is provided by the fixing foot WJ-SQ4040-005. Couplings and adapters are blue or galvanised and come with a 2-year warranty.
How are Cube system structures delivered and assembled?
Cube components are in stock and delivered within a few days. Enprag supplies either material (tubes in 4 m lengths and couplings by the piece), cut-to-size material with assembly instructions and a production drawing, or a fully assembled structure. Your maintenance staff can handle assembly with basic hand tools, and Enprag supplies a dimensional drawing with the maximum permissible load for every structure.
