Roller track mounting brackets for flow racks and gravity conveyors

Roller track holders are steel or aluminium parts that fasten roller tracks to the frame of a flow rack, gravity conveyor or workstation. PM series holders fit tracks 35, 40, 60, 73 and 85 mm wide; the verified types weigh 0.06–0.18 kg and carry a 2-year warranty. In flow racks, the tracks are mounted with a standard slope of 3°.

How to choose a roller track holder by track width?

PM holders are selected by track width – the first two digits of the code match the width: PM-35 holders for roller tracks 35 mm, PM-40 for roller tracks 40 mm, and PM-60, PM-73 and PM-85 for wide tracks. The roller track holder type PM-6010E for 60 mm has a steel body and weighs 0.06 kg; PM-4020A for 40 mm has an aluminium body and weighs 0.18 kg. Type PM-6012BR mounts on tube connectors.

Crate stoppers, overrun brakes and track couplers

The end of a gravity track is secured by the crate stopper MT-5321 – foldable, steel, 0.36 kg; the lighter MT-5320 weighs 264 g. On 40 mm tracks, the overrun brake for roller tracks MS-4018SV (60 g) slows incoming crates down. The assembly is completed by the folding coupler PM-4010SK, which folds in the input direction only and keeps KLT crates from falling out, the metal track coupler PM-6010J (267 g) and the plug PJ-140AL with an aluminium body.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose roller track holders by track width?

In the Enprag PM series, the first two digits of the code match the track width: PM-40xx for 40 mm, PM-60xx for 60 mm, PM-85xx for 85 mm. The exception is RM-3510BR, which is designed for 40 mm tracks.

How do I stop a crate at the end of a gravity roller track?

Enprag supplies foldable steel crate stoppers MT-5321 (0.36 kg) and MT-5320 (264 g). On 40 mm tracks, the overrun brake MS-4018SV can reduce the crate speed before it reaches the stopper.

What slope do roller tracks have in a flow rack?

The standard slope of Enprag roller tracks is 3°; designers adjust it to the weight and type of container, whether KLT crates or cardboard boxes.
