Pipe modular system Logiform – Ø 28 mm pipes, joints and roller tracks
Logiform pipes and joints for lean production and warehousing
The Logiform pipe modular system is a kit of pipes with an outer diameter of 28 mm and a standard length of 4000 mm, joints and roller tracks from which you build racks, flow racks, material handling carts and workstations to measure. Steel pipes have a 1 mm or 2 mm wall, a synthetic resin coating and a 5-year warranty. The system is part of modular systems – components and suits every operation where structures change together with production.
Which pipes to choose for the pipe modular system?
All structures of the pipe modular system are built from Logiform pipes with the same 28 mm diameter, so every joint and holder fits every pipe. The Logiform LP-1100 steel pipe with a 1 mm wall weighs 676 g/m and comes in colours from Ivory to Red; the Logiform LP-1200 steel pipe with a 2 mm wall weighs 1265 g/m for structures carrying higher loads. ESD pipes CP-1100_BK and CP-1200_BK are intended for antistatic workstations, stainless steel pipes ST-1070 (0.7 mm) and ST-1110 (1.1 mm) for clean operations and the AL-1150 aluminium pipe with a 1.5 mm wall for lightweight assemblies.
How is the pipe modular system connected and extended?
The system is held together by metal joint sets HJ in black, silver or ESD nickel finish including fasteners – the HJ-1 set contains 2 × MJ-2101 joint, a bolt and a nut and weighs 0.15 kg. Material is fed by roller tracks of the PL-351 and PL-401 lines, 35–40 mm wide with rollers of Ø 27–46 mm, e.g. the PL-401F roller track with a roller pitch of 35.7 mm; in flow racks they are installed at a standard slope of 3°. For higher loads, the pipes can be combined with the aluminium profile system in one assembly.

Frequently asked questions
When is a pipe modular system better than aluminium profiles?
The Enprag Logiform pipe modular system suits structures of Ø 28 mm pipes that need versatility and easy reconfiguration. Aluminium profiles suit higher loads and demanding operation; both can be combined in one assembly.
What is the difference between Logiform steel and aluminium pipes?
The difference lies mainly in weight and in the type of joints: the Enprag LP-1100 steel pipe with a 1 mm wall weighs 676 g/m, while the AL-1150 aluminium pipe has a 1.5 mm wall and is connected with aluminium joints. The 28 mm diameter and 4000 mm length are the same.
How do I choose the wall thickness of a Logiform pipe?
Enprag designers recommend it by load capacity and structure size; a steel pipe with a 2 mm wall (1265 g/m) carries more than one with a 1 mm wall (676 g/m). Structures are designed for a maximum deflection of 5 mm.
Is the pipe modular system suitable for operations with oils and emulsions?
Yes, Enprag pipes with a synthetic resin coating withstand higher chemical exposure to oils and emulsions and carry a 5-year warranty. They are intended primarily for indoor use.
How does Enprag deliver the pipe modular system?
Enprag delivers the system in 3 ways: as material in 4 m bars with joints sold individually, as cut-to-length material with assembly instructions and a drawing, or fully assembled. Material ships from stock in a few days, assembled structures usually within 2–4 weeks.
