Panel material – PP bubble boards and ESD boards for the pipe system
Panel material from Enprag consists of polypropylene boards with a knob (bubble) structure and a triplex board for structures made from the pipe modular system and for producing reusable packaging. PP BOARD boards measuring 2700 × 1900 mm are 4.4 or 9.8 mm thick, resist chemicals and mould and are also available in an ESD version. For ESD workstations, a black 2400 × 2100 × 5 mm triplex board is available.

Polypropylene bubble board for packaging and structures
Panel material for the pipe system consists of lightweight polypropylene boards that add surfaces to structures made of tubes and connectors and are used to make reusable packaging. The PP BOARD bubble board measures 2700 × 1900 mm and is 4.4 or 9.8 mm thick; the AKYBOARD board measures 3000 × 2000 × 10 mm. The knob structure gives the boards stiffness at low weight, and polypropylene resists chemicals and mould.
Standard knob board or ESD board?
The grey PP BOARD bubble board is intended for standard operation. For work with electronics, choose the black ESD PP BOARD bubble board in the same 2700 × 1900 mm size or the Triplex 5 board I6-31-S0510-2421-3L measuring 2400 × 2100 × 5 mm, which resists impact and pressure and has insulating properties. The white AKYPRINT 5.4 board is flame-retardant.
Where is a bubble board used?
PP BOARD boards and the AKYBOARD bubble board are suitable for producing returnable and reusable packaging and for surfaces of pipe system structures. The standard PP BOARD is available from stock; other boards are supplied to order within 2–8 weeks. You will find further parts in the accessories and brackets and covers categories.
