35 mm wide roller rails for flow racks and workstations

Roller tracks 35 mm are versatile conveyor rails for efficient handling of light to medium-weight loads. They have a 35 mm wide steel body, a length of 4000 mm and rollers 27–40 mm in diameter on Ø3 mm axles; one rail weighs 3.26–3.55 kg. They are mounted in flow racks and workstations built from the modular system – all widths are listed in the roller tracks category.

Roller tracks PL-351M, PL-351F and PL-351G: which roller diameter and pitch?

The roller tracks differ in roller diameter and pitch. Roller track PL-351M has Ø27 mm rollers at a close 16.5 mm pitch, suited to smaller containers and boxes. Roller track PL-351F has Ø28 mm rollers at a 33 mm pitch. Roller track PL-351G with Ø40 mm rollers at a 33 mm pitch has guide rollers with a higher edge that keep the container on the track.

How are roller rails mounted in gravity flow lanes?

The standard inclination of Enprag roller tracks is 3° and is adjusted to the weight and type of container; the lanes are selected for KLT containers as well as cardboard boxes and ensure FIFO picking. Return lanes for empty containers are placed above or below the picking level. For fixing and side guidance, use grips of roller tracks and guidance for roller tracks.
