40 mm wide roller rails for flow racks and FIFO
Roller tracks 40 mm (roller rails) from Enprag are tracks 40 mm wide with a standard length of 4000 mm and rollers of Ø 27.5–46 mm, designed for handling light to medium-weight loads in flow racks, FIFO supermarkets and gravity conveyors. 40 mm roller rails: which roller diameter to choose?
The basic roller track PL-401F has a steel body and Ø 30 mm rollers in white, grey or ESD black. The smallest rollers, Ø 27.5 mm at a 35.7 mm pitch, are fitted on the ESD track PL-402F_EM weighing 2.63 kg; the ESD track PL-403F_EM has Ø 33.5 mm rollers and weighs 4.92 kg. The roller track PL-401G with Ø 46 mm rollers has a raised edge on one side that guides the crate along the rack; it is available in white, black and ESD black.
ESD roller rails and special versions
For electronics, the ESD tracks PL-402F_EM, PL-403F_EM and the variants PL-401G_EM and PL-401F in ESD design are intended. The PL-401X_YL track allows light to medium-weight loads to be moved in all directions, and the multi-wheel roller track PL-401F_Z is compatible with 40 × 40 mm profiles for FIFO and LIFO systems. Narrower and wider tracks are in the roller tracks 35 mm and roller tracks 60–85 mm categories.
Slope, guides and holders of a roller track in a flow rack
