Roller tracks 60–85 mm are steel roller rails 60 or 85 mm wide and 4000 mm long for flow racks and conveyors handling heavier loads. The rollers have a diameter of 16, 30 or 34 mm with a pitch of 18.5 or 37 mm, and a rail weighs 5–7.2 kg. Besides standard white and black rollers, ESD versions are available for anti-static workstations; all tracks are in stock.

Roller rails and flow rails 60 and 85 mm wide for heavier containers
Roller tracks 60–85 mm are steel roller rails 60 or 85 mm wide and 4000 mm long for flow racks and conveyors handling heavier loads. The rollers have a diameter of 16, 30 or 34 mm, a rail weighs 5–7.2 kg, and ESD versions are available alongside the standard design. They belong to the roller tracks of the pipe modular system; narrower versions can be found in the categories roller tracks 35 mm and roller tracks 40 mm.
60 mm roller rails: 16 or 30 mm roller diameter?
The roller track PL-601F_WS has white Ø16 mm rollers at a pitch of 18.5 mm, a Ø3.8 × 58 mm axle and a weight of 5.17 kg; the black PL-601F_BK (5.4 kg) and the ESD version PL-601F_ES share the same geometry. Larger Ø30 mm rollers at a pitch of 37 mm are fitted to the white PL-601F_WM and to the anti-static roller track PL-601F_EM, which weighs 5 kg. All rails have a steel body and a 2-year warranty.
85 mm flow rails and ESD roller tracks for flow racks
The widest roller track PL-851M_EM is 85 mm wide, has black ESD rollers Ø34 mm and weighs 7.2 kg. In FIFO flow racks the tracks are mounted at a standard slope of 3°, adjusted to the weight and type of container; they are selected for both KLT containers and cardboard boxes. Grips of roller tracks and guide profiles are used for fixing and side guidance.
