Worktops and table containers for assembly benches
The solid beech worktop, 40 mm thick, made of continuously glued beech lamellas, sanded and treated with linseed oil, is available in widths of 1200–2050 mm at a depth of 750 mm; the beech worktop 2000 × 750 mm weighs 36 kg and has a distributed load capacity of 500 kg. Worktops laminated on both sides (DTDL) come in widths of 1200–2000 mm. HDK table containers in ESD design, grey RAL 7035, have 1–3 drawers, a height of 180–380 mm and a width of 330 or 500 mm; the table container HDK-D02 with 2 drawers carries 40 kg.
Perforated panels and drawer slides: how to organise tools according to 5S?
The grey perforated panel 2000 × 1000 mm, 1.4 mm thick, with 10 × 10 mm square holes at 38 × 38 mm spacing, is available in grey RAL 7035, blue RAL 5012 and an ESD version; smaller ESD perforated panels with mounting holes range from 417 × 100 to 1417 × 500 mm. You hang tools on the panel using tool holders. Pairs of ball-bearing full-extension slides are 300–406 mm long and carry 40, 90 or 150 kg.
Workstation lighting, power supply and ergonomics
LED light fittings of 60 and 120 cm have a power of 48 W and a colour temperature of 4000 K; a 2 m power cable with switch is available for connection. POWER SOCKET power strips have 4, 6 or 8 sockets of 230 V and a 3 m cable. The Bubble anti-fatigue mat made of natural rubber is 15 mm high, and A9506 rubber sheeting 3 mm thick is supplied 1400 mm wide in 10 m rolls. For mobile structures there are BC-701S steel swivel castors rated up to 20 kg and further instrument wheels.
