Conveyor rollers carry and move crates, boxes and other industrial material in roller tracks, gravity flow racks and gravity conveyors. Enprag offers galvanized steel rollers with a diameter of 25 and 50 mm and an M8 or M12 thread, as well as steel rollers in lengths of 200–800 mm that can be customised; the rollers come with a 2-year warranty. They are part of the pipe modular system.
Galvanized rollers Ø25 and Ø50 mm: which diameter to choose?
The MIS25 series has a diameter of 25 mm and an M8 thread in lengths of 300, 400 and 600 mm – for example the steel conveyor roller MIS25-M8-300. The MIS55 series has a diameter of 50 mm and an M12 thread in lengths of 400 and 600 mm, for example the steel conveyor roller MIS55-A10-420-450. Choose the roller length according to the width of the track and the crate; for non-standard tracks, rollers of 200–800 mm can be adapted to size.
Rollers for gravity tracks and brackets for aluminium profiles
Rollers for gravity tracks are mounted at a standard slope of 3°, which is adjusted to the weight and type of crate; the tracks ensure FIFO picking. To attach the rollers to the 40 × 40 aluminium system, use the mounting bracket for conveyor rollers with M12 thread or the CA02-2508 bracket for the M8 thread. Ready-made solutions are available in the roller tracks category.
