Three-level stationary gravity flow rack with roller tracks
The three-level stationary gravity flow rack, built from a modular tubular system, provides organised storage and sequential picking of materials in containers. The stationary frame on legs is suitable for permanent installation in a warehouse or production facility. It can be used for storage, material supply and order picking.
Three levels of roller tracks make use of the available height and allow containers to be stored one above another. Containers move along the inclined tracks under their own weight towards the picking point, without a motorised drive. When the front container is removed, the next one moves into its place. The version without castors is designed for facilities where the rack is not expected to be moved regularly.
- 3 levels of roller tracks
- stationary design on legs, without castors
- load capacity per level: 300 kg
- total load capacity: 900 kg
- dimensions (H × W × D): 1 542 × 2 733 × 1 253 mm
Custom solutions: we adapt the rack dimensions, number of tracks and spacing between levels to the containers, required stock level and available space. The design also takes into account the weight of the materials and access for replenishment and picking.
FAQ
When should I choose a stationary rack?
A stationary rack is suitable for fixed supply and picking points where the facility layout is established for the long term. When choosing a rack, consider any planned workplace changes and whether its position will need to be changed regularly.
What should I consider when choosing a location for the rack?
In addition to space for the frame itself, allow access for replenishing containers and picking materials. During the design stage, we consider the relationship to surrounding workstations, operator movement and the supply method so that the location suits everyday operation.
How can I get a custom rack design?
Contact our specialists using the enquiry form, by phone or by email. They will discuss your operational requirements with you and prepare a rack design tailored to your needs free of charge.
