Work table made of aluminum profiles

The workshop table made of aluminium profiles with upper structure is an aluminium profile workbench for assembly and packing, built from KA-4040 profiles with an 18 mm melamine-faced chipboard top. The upper structure carries a grey perforated tool panel and LED lighting. Load capacity 250 kg, table 1,500 × 790 mm, worktop 850 mm, overall height 2,200 mm.

The perforated panel in the upper structure keeps hand tools hung in clear order above the work surface: every tool has a fixed place within arm's reach and the workstation follows 5S principles. The LED lighting built into the upper structure illuminates the worktop evenly, so the table suits assembly, packing and servicing of small parts; the feet level out uneven floors.

Within the range of workshop tables made of aluminium profiles, this version with upper structure has no storage under the worktop; drawers are offered by variants 24061431–24061440 (1 to 4 drawers), a drawer unit with door by variants 24061435 and 24061441, and the other tables with upper structure are 24061430 and 24061442. We adapt the dimensions and the equipment of the upper structure to your operation and you receive a free 3D design for approval.

Custom-made application – dimensions can be adjusted to the customer's needs.
