Components that turn the pipe system into racks, trolleys and workstations
Pipe accessories are the small parts that turn pipes and connectors into a working structure – they close pipe ends, carry casters, hold tools or protect edges. The APJ-110S plastic cap and the ASH-2852 sliding hangers fit a diameter of 27.6 mm, the standing fixed feet offer 30 mm of height adjustment and the MT-5138 corner connectors measure 120 × 257 mm. The accessories complement our range of structural pipes.
Caster brackets and adjustable feet for trolleys and racks
Plate-mount caster brackets attach a caster to a pipe or square hollow section (SHS) frame. The MT-5109 and MT-5209 connecting brackets have an axial distance of 82 or 126 mm and a width of 30–35 mm, the MT-5139 corner holders come in silver and black, and the SJ series is designed for 40 × 40 and 45 × 45 mm SHS. For a stable footing, use the MT-5148 standing fixed feet with a 4" or 6" foot and the steel MT-5138R corner connector with support leg.
Hooks, hanging brackets and tool holders for pipes
Tools and material hang on the MT-5125 to MT-5127 hooks, the MT-5301 to MT-5303 hanging brackets and the PH-5001 tool holders with an outer diameter of 65 mm. The MT-5181 pipe trolley with double-sided hook weighs 0.16 kg and carries 120 kg. Cables are routed by the CD-3000B cable duct with a length of 3000 mm, mounted directly on the pipe; for sliding pipes, use the pipe brackets.
Protective covers for pipes and corners
Protective covers for pipes are sold by the metre in soft rubber (TH-0005), Atilon PE foam (TH-0003) or transparent PVC (TH-0002 on a 45 m roll). Edges are protected by the corner protection cover CG-0142A and the round bumper CB-1028.
