Wheels, linear drives and mounts for structures of pipes and joints
Pipe modular system accessories add mobility, height adjustment, surfaces and workplace organisation to structures built from pipes and joints. The range covers instrument wheels Ø 75–100 mm with a load capacity of up to 200 kg, 24 V linear drives with a lifting capacity of 1,500–3,000 N and a 45 cm stroke, polypropylene boards 2,700 × 1,900 mm and conveyor rollers 200–800 mm long. All parts mount directly on a structure made of the pipe modular system.
Instrument wheels and 24 V linear drives for trolleys and tables
Instrument wheels are available as swivel wheels, with cover, with directional lock or with full locking – from the BC-701S swivel castor rated at 20 kg to the 424h14J100gZPH swivel wheel with a dynamic load capacity of 200 kg. For height adjustment of tables, the LEG_SET 24 V linear drive with a lifting capacity of 3,000 N comes as a set for 4, 6 or 8 legs; the set includes a control unit, remote control, power supply and adjusting screws.
Traction arms, mounts and covers for an organised workstation
Traction arms made of galvanised steel are 435–600 mm long and are complemented by the MT-5143A traction hook. From the brackets and covers range you can fix a 13–30″ monitor with a load capacity of 9–15 kg, a holder for 2 l PET bottles or a pipe holder to the structure; the AC-01 to AC-04 protective caps for couplings are also available in ESD design. Panel material includes PP bubble boards 4.4 and 9.8 mm thick, resistant to chemicals and mould, and the ESD triplex board 2,400 × 2,100 × 5 mm.
