Gravity conveyor system

The gravity conveyor made from a tubular modular system is designed for the efficient storage and transport of KLT boxes and containers. It is equipped with roller tracks that enable smooth and easy movement of the boxes along the entire length of the conveyor in the direction of the gradient.

  • Roller tracks PL-401F, width 40 mm
  • Stainless steel / coated tubes LOGIFORM ST-1070 / LP-1100 – Ø 28 mm, wall thickness 0.7 mm / 1 mm
  • Set of metal connectors HJ, galvanized
  • Adjustable leveling screw AD-3010MSM – base Ø 33 mm, adjustable height ±50 mm

 

Load capacity depending on length:

  • 1000 mm - 100 kg
  • 2000 mm - 200 kg
  • 3000 mm - 300 kg
  • 4000 mm - 400 kg

 

Customized application, all dimensions can be adjusted according to customer needs. The tubes are available in several colors and in ESD or stainless steel versions.
