Tube system accessories for trolleys, racks and workstations
Other pipe system accessories are small parts that complete a structure made of tubes and connectors – from the tow arm of a trolley to a plug, nut or marking strip. Traction arms are 435–600 mm long and weigh 2–4.5 kg, position controllers have an M6 thread and the internal plug an M10 thread. The category belongs to the accessories of the pipe modular system.
Traction arm and hook for trolleys in a tugger train
A traction arm made of galvanised steel connects a trolley to a tractor or to the next trolley. The MT-5142B traction arm is 450 mm long and weighs 2.01 kg; the longer MT-5140A and MT-5141A measure 500 and 600 mm. The MT-5143A traction hook weighs 972 g. Based on Enprag’s verified experience, trolleys built from the pipe system can be coupled into a train of up to 5 trolleys behind a tractor; matching castors are in the category instrument wheels.
Position controller, plugs and other small parts
The position controller MT-5410 and MT-5411 with M6 thread weigh about 100 g. Tube ends are closed with a steel internal plug with M10 thread, and the corners of a structure are reinforced with the MT-5182 metal corner made of galvanised steel (0.28 kg). Cables and joints are protected by the heat shrink tube CB-HFT39-3X-BK made of polyolefin, which shrinks from 39 to 13 mm. Further holders are in the category brackets and covers.
