The main element of the construction kit system is steel pipes with a diameter of 28 mm. The surface of steel pipes is provided with an external ABS surface protection. They are available in different colors, which makes it possible to adapt the construction to the corporate design. Other variants are stainless steel or aluminum pipes.

Steel pipes with ABS coating

Thanks to the high-quality plastic coating, the pipes are suitable for a wide range of uses in an industrial environment. They are characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance. They are also highly resistant to oils and chemicals, such as salts, anti-corrosion oils or cooling and lubricating fluids used, for example, in machining. Plastic-coated pipes are available in variants with a wall thickness of 1 or 2 mm (LP-1100 or LP-1200).

Stainless steel pipes

In addition to pipes equipped with ABS coating, the offer also includes stainless steel pipes. They have several significant advantages. They are made only from natural materials, are fully recyclable, and in addition, they are characterized by excellent properties that persist even in extreme conditions. Stainless steel pipes are resistant to high temperatures and wear due to light. Due to their high mechanical and chemical resistance, they are also suitable, for example, for the food industry. It is also suitable for ESD environments (electrically conductive). Available in 0.7 or 1.1 mm wall thickness variants (ST-1070 or ST-1110).

Aluminum pipes

Round aluminum pipes are a suitable choice especially for light structures or structures whose load capacity does not exceed 500 kg.

What structures can be assembled from the pipe system?

The pipe system is fully flexible and can always adapt to the needs of your production process. Depending on the specific requirements, it is possible to assemble a structure with any load capacity, which always depends on the implementation of the structural design. It is possible to assemble assembly workplaces, roller conveyors, transport carts or pipe racks from the pipe system. The main advantage of the system is its adaptability. If you change the production process in the future, you will easily be able to convert, for example, a trolley to a shelf or vice versa.
