Antistatic furniture and ESD workstations for sensitive electronics
ESD antistatic construction from Enprag is complete ESD workstation equipment that safely dissipates electrostatic charge so that it cannot damage electronic components. The workbenches have a 19 mm ESD laminate top (25 mm on selected models) and a load capacity of 150–300 kg; their height adjusts manually within 650–950 mm or electrically within 680–1333 mm. Every ESD construction is supplied with a certified measurement report, so the properties of the complete set-up are documented.
ESD workbenches: manual or electric height adjustment?
The SPESD and SPEXESD series in 1200 × 700 or 1200 × 900 mm adjust manually within 650–950 mm and carry 300 kg; SPEXESD can be extended with a superstructure to an overall height of 1812–2250 mm. The 22112851 and 22112861 workstations, 1500 mm wide and 2100 mm high overall, come with a drawer container and a perforated panel, and 22112861 also has lighting. Electrically height-adjustable ESD workbenches with a 1400 × 800 mm top travel within 680–1333 mm, carry 270–300 kg and are fitted with a container with 1–3 drawers, LED lighting or a monitor holder. ESD trolleys, chairs and cabinets for the entire workstation
ESD antistatic trolleys with Ø 100 mm castors and ESD laminate shelves move parts between workstations; the height-adjustable trolley 22112852 adjusts within 650–890 mm. ESD antistatic chairs and stools with an aluminium base and a PUR foam seat carry 130 kg, and the work chairs have a resistance below 0.1 MΩ. Components can be stored in desk drawer containers in ESD grey RAL 7035 or in ESD antistatic cabinets.
