Multi-level gravity flow rack
Code: 25071822
The multi-level gravity flow rack, built from a modular tubular system, provides organised storage and sequential picking of materials in containers. Six levels of roller tracks make use of the available height and keep stocks of several types of material in one place. The rack is suitable for storage, material supply and order picking.
Containers move along the inclined roller tracks under their own weight towards the picking point, without a motorised drive. When the front container is removed, the next one moves into its place. During the design stage, the vertical spacing between levels can be adapted to the container sizes and the access required to the materials.
Combined gravity flow rack ALUWEL1B for KLT containers and sheet metal
Code: 25102751
This combined gravity flow rack, built from a modular tube system, is designed for storing and picking materials in KLT containers and sheet metal parts. It brings both types of material together in a single structure with separate tracks. Typical applications include preparing materials for production, assembly or final assembly.
KLT containers move along the inclined roller tracks under their own weight towards the picking point. A separate track is provided for sheet metal parts. The rack therefore allows containers of components and sheet metal parts to be prepared at a shared picking point, with a dedicated space for each type of material.
Mobile gravity flow rack with return tracks
Code: 25120502
The mobile gravity flow rack, built from a modular tube system, allows materials to be stored and picked sequentially from containers, with container returns handled within the same structure. The supply roller tracks are complemented by upper return tracks that slope in the opposite direction and can be used, for example, to return empty containers.
Containers move along the inclined tracks under their own weight, without a motor drive. Once the material has been used, the empty container can be placed on a return track and sent back towards the replenishment side. Swivel castors allow the rack to be moved as required, while the brakes secure it in the chosen position.
ESD gravity flow rack with plastic top panel
Code: 26011205
This compact gravity flow rack made from a modular tubular system in an ESD version provides storage and sequential picking of materials in containers. Three levels of roller tracks are complemented by a top ESD plastic panel. The rack is designed for storage and material supply at workstations requiring ESD equipment.
Containers move along the inclined tracks under their own weight towards the picking point, without a motorised drive. Three storage levels make use of the available height, while the 688 mm width allows the rack to fit into narrower supply areas. Swivel castors make it easy to reposition, and the brakes secure it in place.
ESD gravity flow rack for higher loads
Code: 26021701
The ESD gravity flow rack with two levels of roller tracks provides storage and sequential picking of materials in containers at workstations requiring ESD equipment. Its total load capacity of 960 kg makes it suitable for heavier containers or larger stocks of material.
Containers move along the inclined tracks under their own weight towards the picking point, without a motorised drive. Tracks arranged side by side provide multiple picking positions. Heavy-duty ESD swivel castors allow the rack to be moved. Braked castors secure it in the chosen position.
Three-level mobile gravity flow rack with roller tracks
Code: 26052808
The three-level mobile gravity flow rack, built from a modular tubular system, provides organised storage and sequential picking of materials in containers. Three levels of roller tracks allow containers to be stored one above another and make use of the available height. The rack is suitable for storage, material supply and order picking.
Containers move along the inclined tracks under their own weight towards the picking point, without a motorised drive. When the front container is removed, the next one moves into its place. Castors allow the rack to be moved as required, for example when changing the facility layout or relocating a supply point.
Three-level stationary gravity flow rack with roller tracks
Code: 26090909
The three-level stationary gravity flow rack, built from a modular tubular system, provides organised storage and sequential picking of materials in containers. The stationary frame on legs is suitable for permanent installation in a warehouse or production facility. It can be used for storage, material supply and order picking.
Three levels of roller tracks make use of the available height and allow containers to be stored one above another. Containers move along the inclined tracks under their own weight towards the picking point, without a motorised drive. When the front container is removed, the next one moves into its place. The version without castors is designed for facilities where the rack is not expected to be moved regularly.

Modular production system for assembly workstations and material flow
Modular systems – structures and applications are complete assemblies built from tubes and joints or from aluminium profiles: assembly and packing tables, shelving, transport trolleys, conveyors, ESD structures, acoustic boxes and boards. Load capacity ranges from 70 kg for the electrically height-adjustable table 24031130 to 750 kg for the small handling chassis 24022601, and height-adjustable tables cover a working height of 650–1350 mm. The structure can be rebuilt or extended at any time without welding. Individual parts are available in the Modular systems – components category.
Modular workstations: which tables can be built?
The largest group is assembly tables. Manually height-adjustable Enprag SPEX127 and SP127 tables offer a range of 650–950 mm and a load capacity of 300 kg, while the electric height-adjustable workstation 24111933 adjusts within 700–1350 mm at 250 kg. For electronics there are ESD antistatic constructions with a 19 mm ESD laminate top and grounding; every ESD structure is supplied with a certified measurement report. Workstations can be fitted with monitor holders, lighting, perforated tool panels or 5S organisation panels.
Production intralogistics: shelving, trolleys and conveyors
The shelf rack 22110350 carries 300 kg on 5 shelves of 75 kg each. Transport trolleys can be fitted with a coupling pin and drawbar so that up to 5 trolleys run as a tugger train. The roller conveyor 25100230, 900 mm high, carries 100–300 kg depending on its length of 1000–3000 mm, and gravity flow tracks for FIFO picking have a standard slope of 3°. More types are listed under conveyors.
Flexible production solutions: pipe and joint system or aluminium profiles?
The pipe and joint system is the right choice where versatility and easy reconfiguration matter; choose aluminium profiles from 30×30 to 45×90 mm with an 8 or 10 mm slot (compatible with item and Bosch Rexroth) for higher loads and more demanding operation. Both systems can be combined in one assembly. Structures are designed for a maximum deflection of 5 mm, and tall racks and trolleys keep a width-to-height ratio of no more than 1 : 3. Where a modular structure lacks the load capacity, Enprag builds welded structures.

Frequently asked questions
When should I choose a modular system rather than a welded structure?
Choose an Enprag modular system where you need variability and easy reconfiguration; usually it also costs less. The limit is load capacity – as a guide, custom tables up to 500 kg and trolleys up to 1 t; beyond that, Enprag builds a welded structure.
What do you need to design a modular system structure?
For a first design, Enprag only needs a photo or sketch with the required dimensions, load capacity and properties of the structure. Our representatives can measure on site and recommend starting with a pilot project of 1 workstation.
Will I receive a 3D design of the structure before ordering?
Yes, Enprag prepares the structural design and 3D visualisation free of charge and sends them for approval before the quotation. It includes a new layout proposal with 3D models.
In what form are modular structures delivered?
Enprag delivers modular structures as material (tubes in 4 m lengths, joints by the piece), cut to length with assembly instructions and a drawing, or fully assembled. Material is in stock for delivery within a few days; complete assemblies usually ship within 2–4 weeks.
Can modular systems be rebuilt later when production changes?
Yes, Enprag archives the 3D models of its structures, so you can rebuild them at minimal cost while reusing as many original components as possible. Your maintenance team assembles them with an Allen key, hammer and screwdriver.
