High load capacity trolleys are heavy-duty platform trolleys for transporting heavy loads in production and warehouses, with a load capacity of 500–1500 kg. The assembled trolleys are built on 40 × 40 mm steel square tube, the galvanized trolley is welded; the castors have a diameter of 125–200 mm. EURO pallet trolleys for one or two pallets with drawbar can be integrated into a Milk-run system, and an ESD version is available for the pallet trolleys. High load capacity trolleys are Enprag heavy-duty platform trolleys with a load capacity of 500–1500 kg, a length of 1240–2480 mm and a low height of 238–350 mm, designed for transporting heavy parts, pallets and fixtures in production and warehouses. The assembled trolleys are made of 40 × 40 mm steel square tube with a galvanized surface or colour lacquer, the castors have a diameter of 125–200 mm and there are always 2 swivel castors with brake. Assembled or welded platform trolleys?
Assembled platform trolleys made of 40 × 40 mm square tube can be rebuilt and repaired by replacing a part: the large assembled platform trolley 24022602 carries 1500 kg over a length of 2476 mm and runs on 6 castors Ø 160 mm, the small assembled trolley 24022601 carries 750 kg. A welded trolley is a rigid unit that cannot be rebuilt – for example the galvanized welded trolley 23050401 made of welded steel with a load capacity of 500 kg and Ø 200 mm castors, or the custom welded trolley 21121603; Enprag also builds custom welded designs wherever the modular system is not sufficient for the load. The EURO pallet trolley with drawbar 24021102 measures 1240 × 840 mm, is only 238 mm high and carries 750 kg; version 24021502 for two EURO pallets carries 1500 kg.
