Metal joint sets – steel couplings with screw and nut for the pipe system
Metal joint sets contain steel joints of the Enprag pipe modular system together with the fastening hardware, so you can assemble a connection without ordering anything extra. The basic set HJ-1 weighs 0.15 kg and includes 2 joints, a screw and a nut; the sets are made in a black, white zinc-plated or nickel-plated finish that is also suitable for ESD. They are intended for building workstations, racks, carts and other tube structures for maintenance teams and manufacturers.

Steel tube connectors in sets with fastening hardware
Metal joint sets are packs of steel joints for the pipe modular system supplied together with the required screw, nut and, in some sets, a plastic clamp. The basic set HJ-1 weighs 0.15 kg; set HJ-108 with two joints and two screws weighs 0.21 kg. The same steel couplings can also be bought individually in the metal joints category; the sets belong to the pipe modular system.
What does a metal joint set contain?
A metal joint set contains everything for one bolted connection. Metal joint – set HJ-1 includes 2 joints MJ-2101, 1 screw WB-0625 and 1 nut NU-0600. Set HJ-25 combines joints MJ-2125 and MJ-2225 with the plastic clamp PJ-140A, and set HJ-13D_BK contains 2 joints H-13D. The connection is tightened with a screw, so the structure can later be dismantled and rebuilt; spare screws and nuts are available among fasteners.
Black, zinc-plated or nickel-plated steel couplings?
The steel couplings in the sets are made in three surface finishes:
- BK – black powder-coated surface, chrome-free,
- SV – white zinc-plated surface containing chrome, also suitable for ESD,
- NI – nickel-plated surface, chrome-free, also suitable for ESD.
Most sets are available in all three finishes; some (e.g. HJ-25, HJ-30) only in black and silver, and HJ-13D_BK only in black.

Enprag metal joints can be assembled by your maintenance staff with basic hand tools – an Allen key, a hammer and a screwdriver. Assembly training is free for customers, and pipes are supplied in 4 m lengths or cut to size.
