Steel rollers for conveyors and gravity roller tracks
Conveyor rollers carry and move crates, boxes and other industrial material in roller tracks, gravity flow racks and gravity conveyors. Enprag offers galvanized steel rollers with a diameter of 25 and 50 mm and an M8 or M12 thread, as well as steel rollers in lengths of 200–800 mm that can be customised; the rollers come with a 2-year warranty. They are part of the pipe modular system.
Galvanized rollers Ø25 and Ø50 mm: which diameter to choose?
The MIS25 series has a diameter of 25 mm and an M8 thread in lengths of 300, 400 and 600 mm – for example the steel conveyor roller MIS25-M8-300. The MIS55 series has a diameter of 50 mm and an M12 thread in lengths of 400 and 600 mm, for example the steel conveyor roller MIS55-A10-420-450. Choose the roller length according to the width of the track and the crate; for non-standard tracks, rollers of 200–800 mm can be adapted to size.
Rollers for gravity tracks and brackets for aluminium profiles
Rollers for gravity tracks are mounted at a standard slope of 3°, which is adjusted to the weight and type of crate; the tracks ensure FIFO picking. To attach the rollers to the 40 × 40 aluminium system, use the mounting bracket for conveyor rollers with M12 thread or the CA02-2508 bracket for the M8 thread.
