Custom textile and PP board inserts
Depending on the components being transported, we manufacture custom textile and PP board inserts – either for transport containers and pallet boxes, or as trolleys with inserts built on our modular tube system.
Custom textile inserts, also known as textile pocket dunnage, provide soft, flexible separation between individual parts. They are particularly suitable for components that require surface protection and reduced contact with one another.
PP board inserts are lightweight, rigid and dimensionally stable – we make them from PP board as well as from Akyboard®. They create precisely defined compartments and determine the position of individual parts within the transport packaging.
We select a suitable design based on the dimensions, shape and surface of the parts, the required storage arrangement and the handling conditions.

We design each insert for its specific application. In particular, we can adapt:
