Galvanized conveyor rollers for gravity conveyors
Enprag steel rollers are galvanized steel conveyor rollers for building roller conveyors, flow racks and manual feeders. They come in diameters of 25 and 50 mm with an M8 or M12 thread and in lengths of 200–800 mm; CA02 brackets fix them into the 40 × 40 aluminium system. The rollers belong to the accessories of the modular systems.
Threaded galvanized conveyor rollers: MIS series
The steel conveyor roller MIS25-M8-300 has a diameter of 25 mm, an M8 thread and a length of 300 mm; the same series is made in lengths of 400 and 600 mm. For heavier crates, use the steel conveyor roller MIS55-A10-420-450 with a diameter of 50 mm, an M12 thread and a length of 400 mm, or its 600 mm variant MIS55-A10-620-650. All MIS rollers are made of galvanized steel, carry a 2-year warranty and are in stock.
Conveyor roller brackets for the 40 × 40 aluminium system
The mounting bracket for conveyor rollers with M8 thread CA02-2508 and bracket CA02-3112 for the M12 thread fix the rollers to 40 × 40 mm aluminium profiles; both are in stock. Rollers and profiles thus form a conveyor frame without welding.
Bearing roller and fixed-length rollers
The roller with pressed bearing XST-1110 measures 52 × 25 × 25 mm and is in stock. Fixed-length steel conveyor rollers are made in lengths of 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 750 and 800 mm and are supplied to order.

How are steel rollers fixed to a structure?
