Which KLT crates and storage boxes work best in production?
Blue polypropylene KLT crates (R-KLT in RAL 5003, RL-KLT in RAL 5005) are designed for FIFO gravity flow racks and roller tracks. The R-KLT crate with full bottom 400 x 300 x 280 mm has a volume of 22 l, weighs 1.86 kg, withstands temperatures from −20 to 100 °C and resists oils, greases, acids and alkalis; the RL-KLT version has drain holes. Casters and height adjustment for modular structures
Instrument wheels and casters for tube, aluminium and Cube systems are available as swivel casters without brake, with brake, with directional lock or with full lock; the diameter and tread are chosen according to the floor, load and operating conditions.
