Trolleys can be coupled into a tugger train and Enprag also designs them to measure.

Handling and logistics trolleys from the tube system for production and warehouses
Enprag transport trolleys are mobile structures made from the modular tube system, aluminium profiles or welded steel for moving material, containers and tools between workstations. Load capacity ranges from 150 kg for shelf trolleys to 1500 kg for the chassis for two EURO pallets, with castor diameters of 100–200 mm. The trolleys are made in standard, ESD and stainless steel versions and belong to the modular constructions and applications.
Container rack trolleys: which load capacity and version to choose?
The crate rack trolley 24040232 carries 300 kg on 5 shelves of 60 kg each (1 flat and 4 inclined), runs on 4 swivel castors Ø100 mm with brakes and is available in standard, ESD or stainless steel design. The lower trolley 24042530 with inclined shelves carries 180 kg and has an ergonomic handle. Shelf trolleys with a roller shutter protect their contents – model 24081513 made of aluminium profiles carries 150 kg, the stainless steel version 24110410 300 kg. For electronics there is the height-adjustable antistatic trolley 22112852 with a 19 mm ESD laminate top and a height of 650–890 mm.
Workshop tool trolleys and 5S cleaning trolleys
The tubular system workshop trolley with container 22082105 carries 250 kg; tool trolley 24102303 combines a perforated panel and a container with 3 drawers with a load capacity of 150 kg. For 5S cleaning there is trolley 21062305 with a perforated panel and 10 hooks. The handling trolley with modular divider 23121901 and galvanised shelves carries 400 kg, and the trolley with electric lift 23081603 lifts 100 kg to a height of 400 mm on a battery lasting 3 hours.
Chassis and tugger trains: how to move heavier loads?
The chassis for two EURO pallets 24021502 with drawbar and milk-run coupling carries 1500 kg on Ø160 mm castors; the galvanised welded chassis 23050401 carries 500 kg on Ø200 mm castors. Trolleys can be fitted with a pin and drawbar and up to 5 trolleys can be coupled into a tugger train. Castors of different diameters and treads are chosen according to the floor, load and operation. Heavy-duty structures are in the high load capacity category.
